Terms and Conditions

1. Staff :

a. During the trial or after worker approval, the worker’s salary will be transferred to —- company account in advance.

b. Salary details will not be disclosed to the staff.

2. Staff Placement for Customers:

a. It will require a minimum of four days to search for suitable staff for the customer.

b. Every effort will be made to ensure that the right caregiver or nurse is matched to fulfill your specific requirements.

3. Contract Policy:

a. The company and customer contract policy will not be shared with the staff.

b. All contractual agreements and terms are exclusively between —- Home Patient Care Services and the customer.

c. We prioritize the confidentiality of our customer’s information and aim to provide trustworthy and professional home patient care services.
